Oversized items are those that weigh 5 lbs or more, or measure over 15 inches on any side. All prices are in CAD and excluding taxes.
A unit is one item we prep. A bundle sold as one listing counts as its items plus the bundling fee. All tiers are based on a 30-day billing period and adjust with your actual volume. No contract locks you in.

Fees you should never have to pay
These come from our Terms and Conditions and only apply when a shipment arrives outside the agreed process. We surface them here so there are no surprises after you sign up.

Check-in is same-day for shipments received before 2pm. FBA shipments are typically processed once per week; May–July and September–December can be slower. Closed on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day and National Day, with limited hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Do you charge receiving fees?

Do you charge storage fees?
Storage is free for the first 7 days and billed from day 8: $50.00 per pallet (48″ × 40″ × 52″) and $15.00 per bin. More in the FAQ.
